I’m Tamie Wilson — a biracial woman, small business owner, single mom, and the proud granddaughter of a WWII veteran. I grew up in Westerville, Ohio, and spent my weekends, summers, and holidays in rural Gallipolis. My life bridges the urban and the rural, the working class and the entrepreneurial, the unheard and the unstoppable. I ran for Congress against Jim Jordan, in one of the toughest districts in America. And we didn’t just show up, we exceeded expectations, built national name recognition, and proved that with smart strategy and heart, Democrats can win anywhere in Ohio.

Now, I’m stepping up to lead the Ohio Democratic Party as Chair, because it’s time to do more than just fight back. It’s time to RESTART THE HEART. We need to restart the heart of our party, regain the heart of everyday Ohioans, and reclaim our rightful place in the heart of America. With 35 years of sales, marketing, and fundraising experience, I bring real-world strategy, not recycled slogans. I’m the only candidate who’s run in this political climate, and the only one with the digital, grassroots, and messaging tools to rebuild this party from the ground up. I’ve built strong national relationships with influencers, online creators, and organizers who are ready to help amplify our message and energize new voters. I know who we’ve lost, and how to bring them back.

As Chair, I will:

- Modernize our message and digital presence to win the narrative, not just react to it

- Empower county parties and local candidates with the tools they need to win

- Re-engage the voters we’ve lost: minorities, working families, rural communities, young                   people, independents

- Lead with vision and strategy, not fear or excuses

- Flip Ohio in 2026, and build the foundation for lasting Democratic wins
